I have had this page (https://gtmc.net/business/) created for 2 years. Recently it just quit working. I even deleted out the old page and created a new one using a new slug of /businessnew/. That page was working and showing up. Then when I went and changed the slug to “/business/” it now doesnt work again.
If i change the slug to anything else it works. It only wont work with “/business/”

I have cleared Permalinks. I have disabled all plugins and tested that method on every plugin. I have cleared out all previously set redirections in the entire site.

It is a Divi site with a Divi child theme.
I am out of options to try.

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

  • You have a post category called “Business” which seems to have no content.

The permalink of this CATEGORY is colliding with that of the PAGE, because the two have the same slug: business

This is unusually not a problem, because, by default, WordPress would have served the category with the permalink /category/business/, while the page gets /business/.

But you’ve chosen to alter WordPress’ default category permalinks by removing the /category prefix.

So both the page and category have the permalink /business/, and it seems the category is winning.
