Page Specific Blog Header Overlay

Hi,

I’m trying to add a post-specific overlay color to the header image for my blog (the overlay needs to be different for each post because it will be depend on if the image is light or not). This is how far I got:

background-color: #FFFFFF;
}

I think that ocean wp has the !important on for the overlay through the controls, but I could be wrong, and I’m not sure how to change it.
