Page Speed API Key:

Page Speed API Key: To acquire an API key, visit the APIs Console. Go to the Project Home tab, activate the Page Speed Online API, and accept the Terms of Service. Then go to the API Access tab. The API key is in the Simple API Access section.
Everything after “Got to Project Home Tab” appears to be incorrect. For example, there is no “Page Speed Online API”. So… making a wild guess, I chose “PageSpeed Insights API” (the only one that includes the word “speed”) but ther there is no API Access tab.
Any suggestions?
