    Hi there,

    I have been using the plugin successfully, but am looking to improve page performance.

    I understand that recently ajax loading was introduced. However, it seems to me that the google map still renders on my page when you load the page. Not when you scroll to the map, therefore causing a large pagespeed impact.

    Could you please clarify?

    The markers on the map will still be loaded upon page load, however, might I suggest perhaps looking into making use of WP Rest Cache by Acato?
