    Hi !

Your plugin is great, intuitive and easy to configure, but I can’t make it work properly… I have a page X that has to be hidden from non logged in people : when I’m not logged in, the menu item linked to that page disappears, it’s fine, but when I type the direct link in the browser URL bar, I can see it !
I even tried to create a “public” user access (bound to “not logged in” role) configured to NOT view X but I still can see it…

Am I stupid ? Did I miss any obvious thing ?

    Thanks ! ??

Well, after a few tests, it seems to work all fine with the default wordpress theme… I was using “mobile responsive” theme and it seems to be incompatible with your plugin… I’ll give a try to other themes…

    Thank you for reporting this.

There might be an incompatibility with that theme, if you can confirm that the problem does not occur in other themes as well. I will look into it.

Well, finally, the theme is not to blame : I made a few more tests yesterday, and the problem only occurs in my local test installation (Window 10, wamp 3.0.6, wordpress 4.6.1) ! In my target environment (hosted on the internet with a professional wordpress install on linux), everything works perfectly with all the themes I tested.

Do you know if I need some specific configuration or extension to make in work on my windows environment ?

Thanks for your help ! ??

Do you know if there are any major differences in the server setups? E.g. PHP version, extensions, mods?

And you are able to create and manage levels in both setups, but the levels just don’t work locally?

    Hi!

I just realized I forgot to tell you, I solved the problem, it was just a misconfiguration on my side, in the rules I put an “and” instead of “or” between the category filter and the page filter… Now everything is fine ??

It’s really the best access control plugin available in wordpress, thanks for the great job you do ! ??

I’m glad to hear that the problem was solved! Hopefully I will get time to add some documentation about the conditional restrictions soon.
