Page template feature not working (Excellence)

    When needing another template for a specific site then normally the feature is seen in the sidebar of admin when creating or editing pages.
    But for some strange reason it will not show with my template (excellence) made by https://www.blogohblog.com i tried reading alot of different threads about this problem all the same saying switch to another “original theme” and go back again, but it will only show when i use the original theme. Can anybody please help me solve this problem.
