Page Template Included for One User and Not Others

    Website is in development mode and not online yet.

    Running Astra theme with Elementor Pro v2.8.4 installed.
    For user1 who is an admin, when they tried to create a new page, one of the page templates loads into the page (cannot click the elements or change), then the new section area appears underneath.
    Have tried deleting the page template in question and that doesn’t even stop it from happening.
    Enter user2 who is again another admin, when they create a new page, the page template doesn’t load and page is ready to start creating.

    We DO NOT want the page template loading into every new page.

    How do we fix this to stop the page template loading into new pages???

    For pro or commercial product support please contact the author directly on their site. This includes any pre-sales topics as well.

    As the author is aware, commercial products are not supported in these forums. I am sure they will have no problem supporting you there.
