Page Template Reverts to “Default” Apparently On Its Own

Our pages are designed using the “Elementor Full Width” selection for the Page Template. However, we’ve noticed that pages seem to randomly and inexplicably revert to “Default,” which breaks the page. We have to manually go back to that page and change it back to “Elementor Full Width.”

I saw a similar issue on a different thread, but there were no answers.

This is happening on three sites:

They are setup as a multi-site network on WordPress.
