Page template with only post’s images

Hi, on my blog I would like to have a page that contains the first image of posts from a specific category, and I would like them to show on pages with paging navigation on bottom. I meam, if for the specific category ‘xyz’ I have 30 posts I would like to show 10 post’s images on page #1 and can browse other 2 pages with navigation paging..

Could you please tell me how can I do that?
