Page Templates

Hi,
Ive been using WordPress for about 6 months and have either chopped the TwentyTen theme about or bought themes such as Themia, Kingsize, Enticing and a couple of others.

It seems that these usually offer three main features, automation of items, however I’m usually happy to modify php ie header.php or style.css in TwentyTen. Or they come with Portfolios which I don’t end up using or somekind of feature found in a plugin already available.

What I really want is just some page templateds that work in TwentyTen or TwentyEleven. I see these themes come with a couple of basic ones, ie full size, one column but I’m wondering if people create just page templates in CSS form that can just be dropped in TwentyTen or TwentyEleven?
