I am using the spacious theme: https://www.savvysocialmediamaven.com/

the easiest might be to use CSS to hide those sections;

#spacious_service_widget-2 p,
#spacious_service_widget-2 .more-link-wrap {
display: none;
}

(per child theme or custom CSS plugin)
