    I’ve tried using Twenty Fifteen, Twenty Fourteen and Twenty Thirteen themes, plus Asteroid and Responsive, and on every one of them the text is cropped on the right hand side, and in Twenty Fourteen on both sides when there is a side menu. These are screenshots of the problem:

    Twenty Thirteen

    Twenty Fourteen

    In Twenty Fourteen, the Knowledgebase page has the same problem. These are all responsive themes, but it doesn’t even work with the standard WordPress ones.

    I really want to use this plugin, but can’t unless this problem is fixed.

    Hey EPF, thanks for writing in about this. As I’m sure you can imagine, getting a plugin like this looking pretty on all the many different themes available is quite a challenge! Just letting you know I am aware of the problem, and I’m working on it. Hopefully I’ll have this solved and a patch released really soon.

    In the meantime, it will be necessary for you to make a few small css adjustments in order for the WP Knowledgebase look perfect on your chosen theme. On activation of the plugin, it actually copies across several templates into your theme. You can edit those, and/or adjust the css to make it look exactly how you want. If you send me a link to your specific site I’d be more than happy to take a look and point you in the right direction with some specific css to add.

    Thanks,
    Maeve

    I have the same thing, I am using Canvas and it is a WooTheme and WooCommerce cart (not that it matters. It looks like the KB page stops where a sidebar would be. Has there been a patch? Great plug-in – thank you for all the hard work.

    Please could you post a link to the knowledgebase on your site so I can see what you mean and try to help further? Thanks.

    My apologies, I had posted a separate question so I did not hijack this post and missed your reply. I don’t have KB live, but that direct link will get you to it! I did DONATE to you ;-D

    Any tips on which CSS file to edit (and what line) to keep the text from being cut off on the right side in single article pages? I’ve tried adjusting a few things in kbe-style.css but nothing is making a change.

    My site is on an internal servers, so I can’t post a link. I was going to post a screenshot but I don’t see that you can upload images here.

    Thanks

    I changed the following in “kbe_style.css”. It was 980px and I changed it to 960.

    .kbe_content_full{
        width: 960px !important;

    I am no a CSS expert but #kbe_container has a width of 960px so I think these should match, or at least #kbe_conatiner should be greater than .kbe_content_full. Changing either one so they are the same seems to work for me.
