FWIW – Here is what I tried :
Download https://download.moxiecode.com/tinymce/tinymce_4.0.22.zip
extract
navigate (into the extracted folders) to tinymce/js
rename tinymce to tiny_mce

then goto wordpress install
navigate to plugin subdirectory directory :
wp-content/plugins/wck-custom-fields-and-custom-post-types-creator/wordpress-creation-kit-api/assets/js

rename the folder tiny_mce (in this directory) to tiny_mce_backup
copy the renamed tiny_mce folder from the download to this directory

result :
– the visual editor is back
— needs testing to make sure other things work
— please reply with positive & negative outcomes
chrome console now reports :
