Actaually, e-mail have to contain url to a certain ticket. Tickets list in admin area – is the page where the user can see all his tickets.

Could you please, send us notification text with link?

The url that I get in the email goes to
    …/ticket/<subject>/?uid=37&key=0ea059e53d326b7729f500e18ade3

    That page doesn’t exit.
    If I enter “domain.com/ticket”
then I am re-directed to the page
    “domain.com/ticket-form/”

If I manually enter “domain.com/tickets” I see my ticket list.

Unfortunately, when I click on a ticket, I get “Page cannot be found”.
    The ticket url looks like
    https://domain.com/ticket/<subjet>/

    — about seeing other tickets than my own, please forget that. Must have been some strange caching issue, I cannot make this happen again (and that is great ?? )

    Hi
Hope to be helpful: your custom URLs won’t work until you go to Options → Permalink in wp-admin and re-save your current URL structure. This will flush WP’s current URL structure and add our new rewrite rules

    Please check this topic
