Page Title Background Won’t Change

Have you cleared the cache after changing the settings? I didn’t see the night sky image on your site.

Yes, I have tried purging the cache. I can make changes to the background and menu in the customizer, but when I view my site outside of the customizer after publishing (as the public would see it online) the background and menu are unchanged.

I just tried loading my site on my phone instead of my computer, and everything is showing up correctly. I just cleared my computer’s search history and that seemed to fix it. Thanks for your help!
