Page Title gone from tabs (brain fart?)

  • my page tabs show the entire link …not the name of the page,
    like home or contact or anything for that matter.

    i must have deleted something, and i cant figure it out!!

    i should say my browser tabs, doesnt show the page name, it shows the entire url for some reason ??

    ok fixed it by inserting
    <title><?php bloginfo(‘name’); wp_title(); ?></title>
    into the header.php

    but the home page still shows the full url in the browser tab?
