Page Title Length Indicator

This plugin shows a green line indicating the text included is within Google limits which changes color if the text is too long. However, checking on Google results many times the Title is cut off being too long even though displaying within the “green” band on the plugin.

It seems this indicator is inaccurate and creating a false impression that the Page Title is within limits set by Google when it is clearly too long. Can this be corrected please.
