Page title or product title in form

Yes, it is possible.

If you want to display it on form (without including in submission data):

– add a field of “HTML” type where you want title to show
– put this in field content

{embed_title}

If you want to include it in submission data (without displaying on form):

– add a field of “Hidden” type to the form
– from its “Default Value (optional)” setting select “Embed Post/Page title”

If you want both (display and include in submission), just use both these fields on the same form, as explained above.
