    Hi,

    I’m using The Events Calendar plugin (https://theeventscalendar.com/product/wordpress-events-calendar/) and for some reason on the calendar page and the individual events page (https://rose.pdxezbiz.com/event/test-event-name/), the page title is not displaying properly – the title of the calendar page is “Events in [month]” but it shows up below the default page header, and the default page headers shows a random event name (Test Event 2).

    I already tried deactivating plugins one-by-one to see if there’s a conflict, with no luck.

    This is a problem that has been documented, and I’ve tried the fixes that they suggested, with no luck. The creators of The Events Calendar plugin have this in their documentation as a last resort:
    “If you don’t see the_title() in page.php, try looking in header.php. It helps to do a find in the file instead of scanning it but I’ll leave that up to you.

    If you don’t find the_title() in either of those files then it’s either in another template or added dynamically some other way in your theme and you’ll need to track it down. Try looking in your theme’s documentation and look up where the_title() is executed. You may need to contact the theme author.”

    So…where can I find “the_title()” ?? I’ve looked in the header.php file and the page.php file…I don’t know what else to do.

    Hope this explanation wasn’t too long! I appreciate your help!!!!
