    Good evening,

we are currently setting up a new online shop and editing all the pages. Now we have got a problem with the titles of different sites like Blog, Baby- and Patchworkdecken etc.
All page titles are not visible although they are shown in the page editor. I am sure that the page titles were shown in former versions.

As I see there is a solution when I don’t want to show the title with the css snippet “display: none”. But what can I do to show all page titles?

Please tell me if you need any further information since this is my first support request.

Best regards and thanks for you support.

  • Hey @tinypleasures ,

    We appreciate you writing in,

Could you once try deactivating all the third-party plugins that you may have installed on your site and check. Sometimes the plugins may create a conflict and create such issues. Please write us back if this didn’t work.

    Hello @bikku ,
I have deactivated all plugins except the SSL plugin (SSL-Plugin was installed from the beginning on and headlines were shown with the plugin). Each plugin one by one and after each plugin I did delete the browser cache too. After the deactivation of the last plugin I have also checked additionally on smartphone and tablet but there is still no headline visible.

I have created a testing page. What I now can see that the page title is still not shown. But when I use headlines in h1, h2, h3 than they are all possible to see. So issue is that the title is not showing up.

Initially I thought that h1 headlines are a problem, too. But on the test page only the title is not shown.

I hope this is making the question more clear.

    Hey @tinypleasures,

Upon inspection, we found your site has a javascript error (please refer to the screenshot below). We request you to solve the js error and check your site once. Also, if you have changed any code on your own then please revert all the changes on your site. This should solve the problem.
