Page titles not working after 1.4.15 update

I’ve had a long day because of that update.
Eventually, I’ve fixed it.

I strongly recommend to keep the current version.

I would like to see if I can get some help with this. I have a double title in my feed as well. It reads “HibiscusByTheBay.comHibiscusByTheBay.com”

I am running the Yoast WordPress SEO. Last month the feed title was fine. So something has changed it recently. I only noticed because I send out a feed driven newsletter once per month and it has the double title in content of the email and in the subject line.

Can I get some trouble shooting advice or is this likely the plugin doing this?

Also I have checked the box in Yoast for “Force rewrite titles”. If I uncheck how do I refresh the feed to see if any changes have occurred. Does WP automatically refresh it?
