Page titles show language brackets

Hi.
Most of the settings work fine for me, but I noticed a minor issue.

When I translate for example the ‘My account’ page of woocommerce, my theme shows the whole string in page title.

In other words, instead of displaying just the page title in the respective language, it shows this:

[:en]My Account[:el]Ο Λογαριασμ?? μου[:]

Obviously it is escaping the translation brackets. Is there a way to fix this?
