Page titles show up randomly on pages

Hi, hopefully someone can help me. I updated my theme the other day and now the page titles don’t only show in the menu, they’ve just appeared above the text on each page as well. You can see here:https://michaelamclellan.com/ click on any page in the menu and you will see the title repeated above whatever text I have on that page. Bizarre, I’ve had this site for a year and haven’t had any problems until now.
