Page to Page relationship

For the website I’m working on, I created a plug-in to where the admin can add a new cater. In that cater plugin I used the advanced custom fields so the admin can add first name, last name, URL website, and etc. In the plugin they can add a new cater, remove, or edit.

Now I did the same thing but instead of cater it’s speciality. For example (bakery, high end, Italian style).

So I have pages created with each cater and all his information I also have a pages created with all the specialities and Info on them

Now what I want to do, is if you for example click on bakery, then al the caters that fit that “style” to have their name to be clickable to go to their page.
Also likewise If you click on a certain cater for it to have all the specialties he fits.

Any help or any way to point me to the right direction would be very appreciated
