Page to Save Email Settings Cannot be found!

  • I’ve used this plugin on a previous install with no problems but now it says the page to save Email settings cannot be found (admin.php?page=um_options&tab=email&email=).

    How would I remedy this? I’ve tried uninstalling and reinstalling the plugin.

    How would I manually do it via the database? What post or postmeta am I looking for?

    Hi @ndmccain,

    It looks like Ultimate member doesn’t have permissions to add email templates to your theme’s folder. Please use a child theme and make sure that this folder is writable.
