You need to change the header and header menu background color in Dashboard > Appearance > Theme Options > Styling

Or copy and past the following code to your custom stylesheet and change the color code to anything you want:

#header {
    background-color: #fff !important;
}

#nav-header.nav-container {
    background-color: #000 !important;
}
