    Hello,

Your plugin has broken my website. Unfortunately I have made most of the site using the “Gutenberg Blocks and Template Library by Neve theme” and now my site page will not even load if I have the plugin activated.

    I am using:
-Gutenberg Blocks and Template Library by Neve theme version 1.6.4
    -Neve v2.11.4 theme
    -WP v5.7.2

    Troubleshooting:
-Disabled every plugin then enabled one-by-one until I found this plugin was breaking the site.
-Tried rolling back the version all the way to 1.6.0 but the site still will not load.

I really do not want to have to recreate the entire site all over again because your plugin is not working.

    Please help

    Hey @dalebaker,

This is weird and doesn’t seem to be an issue with our plugin but we will investigate it to make sure that’s the case.

Can you send us an email to [email protected]? Please mention link to this thread and my name so it gets forwarded to me.

    Thank you!

Something was happening on one of my websites. My website had an error and when I turned on Debugging, the PHP error was coming from the otter-blocks plugin. In my case, when I reverted back to version 1.6.4 by manually uploading that version of the plugin, that solved the problem. My WordPress core is still on version 5.6.4.

    Hey,

We’ve released an update. Can you update to the latest, 1.6.6 version, and see if it’s fixed? Thank you!

Thanks for the info @spatical. I am not sure how to do that. I am still pretty new to this.

@hardeepasrani I did the update but still no difference.

    Hello @dalebaker ,

I have tried replicating your situation on my machine with no success thus making me think that it might be a plugin conflict somewhere. Can you please try and activate only Otter while having the rest disabled, then re-activating them one by one and see when the site breaks?

If that doesn’t work you can try @spatical fix while following the process here https://wpforms.com/developers/how-to-enable-debugging-in-wordpress/.

Please let us know what type of errors you might find that can help us solution this situation!

Thank you all for your contribution!
