    Please follow this workaround:

    1) Enable the Custom Field. Refer to this screenshot, please.
    2) After that look for the duplicated Custom Field
    3) Delete the empty one

    Now you should be able to save/update the page.

    However, I had already duplicated the page and deleted the original. This seems to have resolved the issue.
