Page update shows blank with my child theme

Which child theme (actually what parent theme) and at which site?

Have you added a functions.php, or any other page templates to the child theme?

yes i did

the functions.php has only one script for favicon
the rest are
page.php
header, footer and 404.php

Rename each one at a time to old-filename.php to troubleshoot. IF one was a specific page template assigned in page admin to a page, make sure to switch that page to default first.

I did renamed them, but couldn’t see nothing. I did delete theme because I haven’t start modification yet. The problem still there…
I’ll try removing the functions.php i just one script on it, or else what do you recom?

Problem solved, It was that script for favicon that I copied from wordpress child theme example. I am good to go
