    Hi

I’m trying to tweet a website url: https://diyjewelry.us/about/#diy-corner on my Twitter but the page image does not show.

I checks all of my Yoast settings, I searched the forum for similar issue but could not find a solution.

I had the same issue with using post URLs but I fixed it by disabling the Twitter card then renabling it, then all worked for post URLs. Tried the same for page URLs but nothing changes.

Any help would be appreciated, as I’m at a lost on how to get this to work after trying different things after reading through threads here.

    Hello @tremblayly

Thanks for reaching out regarding sharing your page URL on Twuitter. I also tested the URL but there’s no image. When you go in to edit the page, do you have an image uploaded in the social tab of the Yoast SEO meta box as the Twitter image?

    Hi Mabellyne

No I don’t use featured images nor do I add one in the Yoast SEO meta box. I never did that for any of my website pages, but now that we have SEO expert, they are posting using page URL and don’t get an image. I guess I will now have to do this for certain content pages or have and SQL query that can generate random images.

    Thank you

    Hey Lyse,

It would be best to actually choose the preferred image in the Yoast SEO metabox, that way you control what image shows for your page on Facebook / Twitter and other social platforms using Open Graph. Upon checking the URL you provided, I do see a og:image linking to your logo (wp-content/uploads/DIY-logo-1200x675px.png).
