    I use WP Statistics already for years and need the feature Count Page Visits. This was working like a charm, especially since the update to 14.5 when also the main page of my WP was tracked again.

    With the update to version 14.5.2 now only the main page of my WordPress is counting page visits. For all other pages the visits are not counted. I did not change anything else for the WordPress installation.

    Can somebody help me?

    Also with the update to version 14.6.0 it did not get better.

    Hi,

    We apologize for the delay in response.

    Please update the plugin to the latest version 14.6.3 and recheck whether the statistics for other pages are being recorded correctly or not.

    Also, navigate to Statistics – Settings – Basic Tracking and ensure that the Cache Compatibility Mode option is enabled. Also, check the Filtering & Exceptions section in the settings to see what filters you have applied.

    If the issue persists after the update, please check the console log of your browser according to the screenshot provided in the link below to see if Status code 200 is displayed for statistic registration or not, and send us the response.

    Also, enable the Debug mode in WordPress and check the debug.log file to see if there are any errors or not.

    Thanks for the response. I have installed the latest version and checked all the proposed settings. I have also checked the browser log and get status 200 for the statistics registration. Still the page counter does not go up. Now I have tested further and I guess that only the first visit from a new device is counted and afterwards no pages anymore.

    Hi @paulrosee,

    It’s strange, it should work correctly! Please go to Settings – Restore Default Settings once and reset the settings to their defaults, then test this again.

    Thanks for your efforts. Unfortunately, I still did not get it to run. Maybe the problem is on my side. However, I have now found a working alternative, so I switched for now and will not pursue this problem further.
