After having modified my page’s php and css quite a lot, I changed the WordPress theme by mistake to another one, and everything went blank!

I can’t access the admin part, it’s blank, and so is the page itself! Therefore I can’t change back the old template…Nothing seems to work and I’m getting desperate. I have no idea what to do, since I can’t access anything in the admin part.

    Any suggestions??

  • Yep, move all themes except “default” out of the themes directory.
If a theme is missing, wordpress tries to fall back on the default one.

    Hi,

    Check with these options:

    – Disable all the plugins.
    – Upgrade your wordpress to the latest version
    – Check with default theme of your blog

    Thanks,

    Shane G.

Thanks, but the problem is that I can’t reach the themes directory, everything’s just blank, and when I go back to previously visited pages they do not react (=can’t make any changes there either).

Is there a way to re-boot the whole thing?
