    Hi,
Sometimes without any specific event, the page loses all the css.
By checking source code I saw that the https was no longer called. all the links where in http.
WP is well installed, redirected http to https, forced SSL, no any other issue with other pages.
I checked the plugin code, didn’t see any http witch can be in conflict.

any ideas to resolve this ?
    thanks

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

  • Hi,

I checked the page and didn’t find any https or CSS issues! Clear your browser cache and also browsing history of your site. Then, use only https while typing your site name in browser.

    Thanks

Hi, thank you for your response.
I obviously did that, several times.
and as I tried to explain, this is not all the time,
a specific event is doing that, and I cannot reproduce it.
but I know, sometimes the page is loaded with https issue and all the external files called are becoming http instead of https.
that’s why I wrote you so maybe we can find out !
thank you if you have any other idea of what it could be, as this page with the plugin is the only one where it is happening on my website.

    regards

I don’t think this is happening due to this plugin. There are no http or https in the plugin code. You are the first one who is facing this type of issue. If it’s happen due to this plugin, then other users also face this. Either your theme or any other plugins may cause this issue. You can check by changing your theme. If the issue still there after changing theme, try to deactivating all the plugins. After that, activate plugin one by one and check.

Ok, I just wondered to know if you already heard something like that.
I’ll try to do usual debugging procedure… as the website is already in production.

    regards
