Page where user made the subscription

  • Hi,

    The only way to do that is to create a separate form for each page. For example, create a form named “Form – Front Page” and another one for “Form – Sidebar”. Then put these forms on those pages.

    I found another way: set a field for the url.. and take the url from php…
