Move the erroneous <div> inside an <li> element, as opposed to outside it.
E.g
From;

<ul>
 <li>
  ...
 </li>
 <div>
   ...
 </div>
</ul>

To

<ul>
 <li>
  ...
 </li>
 <li>
  <div>
   ...
  </div>
 </li>
</ul>

Sorry which line number is that?

The validator results show exactly where the error is — line 132 evidently. But you will have to look through your code and see where it is coming from…could be in your content or in your php files depending on the site particulars.
