Page with query string is saved in cache when gclid is also present

    Hi,

    We encountered a bug in this plugin.

    We have a page that displays our products (example.com/products). Products can be filtered by product_tag: example.com/products?product_tag=foo. This page will not be cached, as it has a querystring. When the gclid parameter is also present (example.com/products?product_tag=foo&gclid=bar), the page does get cached. If you visit example.com/products now, the cached page is served, and will only display products with the ‘foo’ product tag.
