Page with sections that fill the screen

Hi,

I’d like to make my product page something like the Canva for Work website. When viewed on a desktop, each “section” fills the whole screen with it’s own background. There is a “Next” button at the bottom to scroll down to the next section. On mobile, it is responsive but doesn’t need the Next button.

What is this web design technique called?

Is there any plugin that does this? I would like to use it within my current theme if possible.
