    Hello,

    You can enable the plugin on all links with hash (#) in their URL by inserting: 

    a[href*='#']

    in ‘Selector(s)’ field in plugin settings.

    I can’t tell if this helps or why scrolling doesn’t work unless I see your page. If you can send me a link I’ll gladly help.

    Also, have you followed plugin’s tutorial?
