    Hi there,
    In’ve just installed Pagelayer plugin on a subdirectory of my website.
    I use PopularFx theme and Foodporium template content.

    The plugin works perfectly until the saving moment.
    When I try to save an edited page (or just create a new one, edit and save it) with Pagelayer editor the following error block the saving:
    “An error occured while saving ! Status : error and Error :”

    I tried everything. If I edit the page with the WP Classic editor, Elementor or other page builder I can save it normally, so the problem it’s with Pagelayer.
    I’ve uninstall and install it again. I’ve also uninstall and reinstall a clean wordpress, there aren’t errors on my dashboard, it’s all updated and the subdirectory is empty, I’ve no media files or other plugins.
    But the plugin continue to give me the same error.

    Can you tell me why this error occurred and how to fix it?

    Hello,

    Sorry for inconvenience caused.

    Can you send screenshots of the browser console at the time of the page saving? Also send screenshots of the error logs of the cPanel.

    If your cPanel have mod security installed then disable it on your domain then try to save the page.

    Of course! If you give me an email I’ll send the screenshots.
    I had wrote to [email protected] but without answer…

    I have had the same error with the same template. I deactivated Wordfence on this site and the same error continued to appear.

    However, this is hosted as a client site as a sub-domain on my server. I went to the main/parent domain and allowed the action through the Wordfence firewall ther and the error was eliminated and the save action worked.

    Yes you can send screenshots with the issue on that email ([email protected]) also. Kindly resend the email with the issue screenshots of the browser console.
