Pagelines DMS Template Terrible Organsiation

I’ve been a paying customer with a monthly subscription of Pagelines for about a year. Recently they came out with their new DMS product which I was advised by their chat support to change over to as their current templating system was not going to be continued in the long term.

Without going into too much details here, I recommend if you are considering using pagelines or DMS to avoid it. They have too many technical issues and extremely poor customer service. They treat you like the enemy, don’t respond very well and are not providing the service for which I originally paid. I feel the last 12 months have been a complete waste of my time.

I wanted to provide them with a very poor rating in the template section, but as there doesn’t seem to be a rating option like there is with plugins, I’ve come here to express my concern and to warn any other wordpress users who may be considering using them
