[pagelist] not showing all pages

I have placed [pagelist] here: veilofinnocence.com/dev/sitemap
and not all of the pages on the site are showing.

I do have a plugin “Exclude Pages from Navigation” installed. Would that be the problem, or can you tell me if there is any other reason Pagelist might not include a full list of the site. There should be about 200 pages listed. There are only about 40-50.
