    As I can see your site have infinite redirect.

    You have to stop the redirect to continue start working.

    Can anyone else help walk me through this? This happens when WP updates my blog. I don’t feel I should have to pay to fix this when it’s something I didn’t break.

    Try deactivating all your plugins, and then switch to the Twenty Thirteen/ Fourteen default theme that comes with WordPress. Then see if the issue persists.

    I don’t feel I should have to pay to fix this when it’s something I didn’t break.

    I don’t think the blame game works with open source projects like WordPress. The times when people on these forums recommend you hire someone is if you need more support than these forums can provide, or if the issue needs to be resolved urgently.

    I tried that already and I have the 20/14 theme, but that did not resolve the problems.

    Can you kindly change to the default permalink and click save and again back to the old permalink and click save once again.
