Pages and page ID's

    I’m trying to get a certain number of my Pages to display in a Widget at the bottom of my pages (and exclude a certain number of Pages).

    Does anyone know where the Page ID is to enter into the Pages Widget dialog to exclude certain pages?

    Does anyone know what the Parent and Order under Page Attributes does in the Pages section? Will this allow me to put a Page under another Page and then control the display order of the Pages in the Pages Widget?

    Thanks for any help or pointers to technical documentation.
