pages and posts

Hi everybody!

I am learning this exciting program from scratch!
What I am trying is to:

i) create a number of pages
ii) each page will be displayed in the WP menu
iii) each page will have a static introductory part at the top. Each would have a running blog below the static page with latest post first.
iv) It should be possible to reach the blog posts of any page from any other page/post with a simple link.

I think this is a pretty simple design but I am getting stuck at every step!

I can create a number of pages. That is fine. the problem starts that, I am not being able to put static part to each of these pages. It comes only to the first page.

Any help will be appreciated.
