  • Hi there,

I took a look at your website. Is the button in this screenshot the one you’re worried about?

If so, it appears to be working for me, which is good news! Can you try viewing it in another browser, such as switching from Firefox to Google Chrome or vice versa?

While you have cleared the website’s cache, your browser’s cache may be showing an older version of your website. You might search for how to clear your browser’s cache, not just the WordPress one. ??

Please let me know if I’m not looking at the right place and possibly provide a screenshot if needed. I hope this helps!

    Hey,

thanks for getting back to me. That link is in fact the one i mean – the URL is slightly different and the link you put in the image is actually a permanently deleted page.

I have cache cleared everything and checked since on multiple devices.

How strange! Okay, to be clear, the page you WANT to have showing up is at this URL:

    https://anthesis.se/2021/07/06/aterhus-syns-i-dn/’

But the page that you DON’T want to see (but is) is this one?

    https://anthesis.se/2021/07/06/aterhus-syns-dn/

When I click the link, it takes me to this page:

    https://d.pr/i/YQiR7e

This page in the screen shot is the WRONG one?

Just making sure I understand the issue!

For some reason the link has now changed back to the original.

To clarify – in case it helps:

    The desired link is/was: https://anthesis.se/2021/07/06/aterhus-syns-dn/

    The active link was: https://anthesis.se/2021/07/06/aterhus-syns-i-dn/
and could be seen in this screenshot: https://d.pr/i/8rca3B

It must have been a crazy long server cache or something because it has resolved itself this morning.

If it was something else, keen to hear what may have caused it though!

Thank you for your help anyways
