When I access my website on any mobile device, the landing page comes up, but when I click to see the subsequent pages, they are blank white screens. I can bring up the subsequent pages just fine if I specifically type them in on a mobile device, but I can’t navigate to them from the landing page. Everything works fine on a desktop.

The navigation worked fine on a mobile device initially, and I didn’t change anything between when it was functional and when it wasn’t. I noticed that on the desktop, at some point the clickable words in the upper right to navigate to the next pages no longer had a space between them. I’m not sure if that’s the cause of the issue. When I bring up the landing page to customize, the clickable words to navigate to the next pages DO have the right amount of space between them–so I don’t know how to fix that.

  • Hi @abbiewj I checked my site on a mobile device and the menu is working as expected. I might be failing to understand the issue you are having exactly, can you please take a screenshot of what you are seeing on your end. You can add the screenshot to https://snipboard.io/.

Additionally, this may be a plugin conflict, please attempt to disable all plugins. If the problem goes away, enable them one by one to identify the source of your troubles. If you can install plugins, install and activate Health Check.

It will add some additional features under the menu item under Tools > Site Health. On its troubleshooting tab, you can Enable Troubleshooting Mode. This will disable all plugins and allow you to turn your plugins on and off without affecting normal visitors to your site.

Thanks for the ideas! I tried disabling all plugins and the Health Check, and while that didn’t fix the mobile functionality, I did learn some other things. So thank you! Since my site is quite basic, I might just try a different theme.

Hi @abbiewj thank you for the update, I am sorry about the experiencing you have been having. If you decide to keep the site on the TT3 theme can you please share a link to your site.
