pages are redirected to same page

Recently on performing webpage audit I have found some pages have been redirected to the same page. I mean to say /seo-services have been 301 redirected to /seo-services/.

And all of these has occurred with most of the pages of my webpage. There is no any 301 redirect plugin installed in my webpage. Anyone can help me with this problems.
