Pages being added to sub-menus automatically

I created a page with parent “Open Sessions” entitled “21st Century CPUs.” For some reason, it was automatically added to the navigation menu underneath the current submenu with “Standards… | Open Sessions.” Here is a link.

How can I keep this page (21st Century CPUs) from showing up under the Publications submenu?
