pages blank after 2.5.1 upgrade

  • I used instant upgrade to upgrade from 2.5 to 2.5.1. The message came back that the upgrade was succesful, but now the blog nor do the admin screens load. I get a blank screen and no error message.

    I deleted all of the plugins so that I could reinstall them one by one, but even after deleting them through filezilla, I still have only blank screens. Where do I even begin to diagnose the problem?

  • I am having the same problem, but it occurred after I tried updating my theme (k2), and now I cannot access the blog at all. I’ve tried several things (re-uploading theme, deleting it altogether, deleting the cache.php file, etc.), and nothing works.

    I too would appreciate a solution!

    I had the same problem (God I’m getting tired of writing this post on all the people who have had the same issue as us!). Followed the same steps (disabling plugins etc) and finally found the solution. There’s an issue with the upgrade instructions for 2.5.1 that caused me to make a mistake.
