Pages deleting while I am editing

  • I am having trouble with my website because numerous times while editing, my website will refresh on its own and everything has been deleted. The theme I downloaded, all of my pages, and all of the contents. I continuously have been saving my work as I have been editing although this problem keeps happening almost at the same point in editing every time. I use a third party to host my website and have already tried to troubleshoot with them and they have told me everything looks okay on their end and it is an issue with WordPress rather than the hosting. If anyone could help me figure this out it would be greatly appreciated.

    – Make sure you’re using the latest version of WordPress, and that your theme and plugins are up to date.
    – IF they are UpToDate, then try to disable all plugins, and use one of the default (Twenty*) themes. If the problem goes away, enable them one by one to identify the source of your troubles.
    – Also, make sure your browser is up to date. You can also try using a different browser.
